"My husband and I joined Said (our guide) . . . from Loreto to San Javier. . . . Said gave us very interesting information and history of the area. He had us stop several places for pictures and showed some ancient petroglyphs along the way. Once in San Javier, Said took us on a tour of the 17th century mission. He gave us so much information about the mission itself and about the area surrounding it. We had a wonderful authentic Mexican lunch (burritos, quesadillas, fantastic refried beans) and, of course, cervezas! It was a great trip! We learned so much and enjoyed the entire trip."
